Racing in 2006

Neil has just returned from an international 24hr. karting event in Thailand with Fsport. Their efforts raised £20K for two Thai childrens charities

"I was very honoured to be asked to take part in such a wonderful event and meeting the children was the highlight of my trip".

Neil is now concentrating all his efforts towards a drive in the FPA championship and is once again providing a cost effective route to a racing career.

" I was lucky to drive a Palmer Audi at Bedford Autodrome last year and I am looking to compete in the 2008 Championship"

Welcome to Neil Purdie Racing

Neil Purdie burst onto our TV screen's in 2003 as the quiet but determined Scotsman who fulfilled a lifetimes dream by driving a modern F1 car at the world famous Monza circuit in Italy. From a entry in the thousands, Neil's focus, drive and undoubted driving skill saw him progress from a 5bhp kart to a 550bhp F1 car in a matter of weeks! Racing in 2008

Following a successful end to the season in Sports 2000, and a couple of appearances in the Britsports endurance series, Neil is now planning for the coming 2008 season. Tim Matthews, creator of the Exchange & Mart F1 Drivers Challenge, stated that:- "I have no doubt that Neil Purdie has the ambition, drive and ability to become a major force in Brittish motorsport over the coming years. His mature attitude coupled with his quiet determination and awesome car control, will be an asset to any race team currenly looking for a fast driver"
